Add/Change Your FamilyMatch Settings

4nannies.com is pleased to provide applicants an exclusive recruiting tool. FamilyMatch is an automated notification of new* family job opportunities that match your critical job requirements. This feature will save you much time in searching for your new job - and perhaps make you aware of opportunities you might otherwise have missed.

The FamilyMatch program will search eligible family job opportunities* and provide you with an email summary of the jobs that matched your requirements. By default, the jobs are matched to your requirements in the following areas:

Position Duration (permanent or summer/temporary)	matches your selected position duration. New! If you are looking within a specific geographic area, you may specify to be sent jobs only within a specified distance (25 miles for example) from you home zip code.
Location where work is to be performed	matches your selected state(s) or region(s).
Position Start Date	matches your available to start date within two weeks before and two weeks after the job opportunity's indicated start date. If your date available to start is prior to the date of the search, job opportunities are not filtered by start date.
Live In or Live Out?	matches your selected Live-In/Live-Out preference. If you indicated No Preference, job opportunities are not filtered by Live-In/Live-Out preference.
Salary Offered	matches job opportunies at or above your selected salary range. If you selected Competitive Salary, job opportunities are not filtered by salary preference.

Candidates are able to further customize the FamilyMatch feature to meet their particular needs/preferences. Many candidates prefer to make broader matches and may select No Preference of some negotiable areas, or choose not to filter on the start date.

How to Customize: A candidate who is logged into 4nannies.com can simply click here to make customized criteria selections. [From the navigation bar, Update Information > FamilyMatch].

We encourage you to continue frequently checking the current job opportunities. FamilyMatch only pulls out job opportunities with specific matches. The ideal opportunity for you may not be available for three weeks, for example, and you may be willing to wait. FamilyMatch could not know this!
